It is a deluxe comfortable seat with rails mounted for easy sliding back and forth for adjustment. Also has a drain hole so you won’t have water standing in your seat if it gets rained on. 4 mounting holes on slide Studs are 11 inches front to rear 11 1/4 side to side. Considered a high back seat for more comfortable support. Also has alot of padding. Could be made to fit almost anything if you can drill a few holes in the seat mounting platform.
