Muffler and PTO clutch are not included but they are available for sale. Working hour meter displays “312.3″ hours. On 11/1, engine starts but runs rough and puts out grey smoke. I ran a compression test and got 190 and 200 psi from the cylinders. Spark plugs had oily residue when removed. I removed the carburetor bowl and there was no dirt in the bowl – just clean gas.
