Normal wear items have been routinely replaced with the proper size and brand. It has had a home in a metal shop building for as long as I have owned it. Recent replacements are: fuel pump, engine oil filter and oil, air filter, deck anti-scalp, wheels, blades, air filter. The engine start position was originally included in the ignition switch. That position failed some years back. I mounted and wired a push-button start switch nearby. The engine has less than one hour on the oil change and lubrication of all available components has been done. My location is 2 miles off of IH-20 about 30 miles east of downtown Dallas, TX.
