Exmark lazer Z zero turn mower With NEW Kohler ECV 980 Red Tech. Engine
ATTENTION SORRY TO ALL. That never happened so finally we can relist it. Exmark Lazer Z X Series 72 Cut. This is a 2013 that I bought with 990 hrs. On it with a bad engine. I repaired and reinforced right rear corner of deck that was starting to crack. Rewelded any factory welds that were cracked as well as adding additional welds to underside of deck. Had deck and caster forks, foot rear, and height pedal and 80 percent of the black pieces sand blasted and powder coated. I sanded down, primed, and painted the front 3/4 of the frame with Sherman Williams automotive paint and clear. All three spindles were cleaned inspected and new bearings were installed. All new scalp wheels. 3 new exmark mulching blades were installed. Installed new Kohler ECV 980 RED TECHNOLOGY engine long block. Performed proper break in. Installed valvoline VRI 20/50 racing oil and filter. The engine now has about 40 hours on it. 2 new air filters installed. 2 new rear Carlisle turf master tires installed. Both belts are new exmark brand. I installed new bearings and seals in front casters and wheels. Changed fluids and filters for hydros with exmark fluids and filters. Installed new battery 3/19. As you can see with the exception of doing any work to the hydros and 1 front tire this is as close to new as you will find. Thanks Jim have photos to document all the work. It has a 54 deck with a Kohler 7000 series 725cc motor. It has low hours on it but the hour gauge goes in and out. Right now its reading 15 hours. Its an all around good mower. I bought it in 2017 brand new. I still have the original owners manual. Middle Georgia and surrounding areas. I will not drive to out of state buyers.
