This Mower has the the front optional screw jack – lifts mower to change the blades. You can remove the baffles on this mower deck – then becomes a rear discharge deck – no worries about flying rocks or grass in flower beds. This Toro is fast, powerful and responsive. Zero Turn and hydrostatic drive. You can install the optional rear stripping kit on this mower. The great part about this mower, old school easy to fix, built out of steel. No complicated expensive computer. The mower deck is offset for easy trimming. This mower produces a very high quality cut, without scalping. This Toro rotary mower is designed to handle the toughest mowing condition’s. This unit is easy to operate and to service. The cutting height is adjustable 1″ to 6″, set for the seat with 1 pin. This mower will cut up to 3.5 acres per hour. This is a heavy duty steel deck. The deck is like the old Groundmasters, built out of steel. Gear Box with PTO shaft – no electric clutch. See pics there is some rust on deck, caused by sitting grass on deck. I see no damage. The engine is a Kubota 1105, 3 cyl. The unit is hydrostatic drive. The deck is raised with a hydraulic piston – see pic – pull pin to adjust cutting height from seat. The machine has only 2060 hrs. This mower is a 2009. This Toro came from the county in Fl. The unit was used as dedicated mower at park complex. The unit was well maintained and serviced on a regular basis. Parts were replaced as needed. This unit is rust free see pics. This mower works the way it should, we have used this unit to cut grass runs great. I have seen this type of mower in operation with 7000 plus hrs. The average homeowner will not put more than 100 hrs a year on this unit. Will last a life time. It is simple to operate. All the controls are at your finger tips.
