I bought this mower new and have used it to cut my 3 acre lot at my home. It has never been used commercially. Mower has been maintained better than what manual suggests. It has always been garaged and it looks as new. Kubota diesel engine has a ton of power and provides a great cut at a quick pace. 61′ Velocity deck, and has an adjustable suspension seat. I have a battery tender installed, an extra set of blades and a chute block off plate for mulching leaves, also included are all manuals. This mower is excellent and you will not be disappointed.
