Total of 1142 hrs on it. I loved cutting my 2 acre yard with this unit, especially with a 61 deck! It has been maintained properly. I noticed that the left side is ever so slightly slower than the right side, but barely noticeable. I’ve also had some trouble starting it in cold weather conditions during late fall, but it eventually cranked-over. Here are some highlights: Oil changed annually with all grease fittings maintained. Hydraulic Oil changed in 2016 Only used on my residential (2 acre) property. New Battery (March 2017) New Fuel Cap/Gauge (2016) New Choke and Throttle Cables (2016) New Fuel Filter (2016) New Cutting Blades (2016) Tires are in good condition. These are included with the sale. Also included is the owners manual. I used it during the entire 2016 season and it worked great. We have now hired a lawn care service for our property.
