This unit is easy to operate and to service. The cutting height is adjustable 1″ to 6″, set for the seat with 1 pin. This mower will cut up to 3.5 acres per hour. This is a y steel deck. Gear Box with PTO shaft – no electric clutch. No rust on machine. The engine is a Yanmar, 3 cyl. The unit is hydrostatic drive. The deck is raised with a switch on drive handle – see pic – pull pin to adjust cutting height from seat. The machine has only 1448 hrs. This mower went into service in spring od 2012.
