It has 706 hours, runs and cuts fine. It is powered by a 27 hp. These engines are built to last a long time. I have had Toro mowers for many years and they are a great mower for residential and commercial work. It has some scrapes, dents and paint coming off, but that is all superficial. The winch on the back DOES NOT come with it. I will be taking it off to install on another mower. What you see is what you get. There are no warranties on the mower, but you wont need one.
