Kubota ZD221 (now ZD1011) zero turn lawn mower. I really like this mower and will probably keep once I find a 2-bag powered bagger. Yes, I know this is not a model ZD1011, but the look, size, engine, hydrostatic transmission, deck, covers, hood, wheels, and nearly everything important says that its the same as the ZD221. I hope anyone reading this get the joke/point. Kubota didn’t make any real significant changes from the ZD221 to their new 2021 ZD1011 mower. NO LEAKS – NO DRIVE OR OPERATIONAL ISSUES. YES, ALL SAFETY SHUTDOWN PROTECTION WORKS PROPERLY. I’ve thoroughly gone through this machine. 1 Rotella T6 full synthetic oil added w/ new Kubota filter. 2 Hydraulic fluid/ filter replaced in transmission/rear drive. 3 Deck drive PTO gear box oil removed, inspected and seals replaced. Thick commercial deck full rebuilt with new Kubota parts (belt, blade, wheels, bushings, roller bearing, seals, etc). 5 all u-joints inspected/greased/residue cleaned off. 6 all safety devices inspected/repaired as necessary. 7 new Kubota inner/outer air filter. 8 new Kubota fuel filters (2). 9 new temp sender. 10 new valve cover gasket (oil leak repair). 11 new key switch. 12 new shutdown solenoid installed (engine shutdown repair). Owner’s operation manual included. Shop repair manual included also. Any questions, feel free to ask.
