This mower is as it should be. No issues, except for cosmetic paint chipping due to normal usage, and a limb scar on the left back fender. Always kept sheltered when not in use, and was never abused. I have taken pictures throughout the machine so you can see the condition of all the working parts throughout the engine and hydro transmission. Mower has been serviced as it should be throughout it’s history. Engine is as strong as a new one. I have just replaced several seals in the transmission where there was oil present. The mower deck is the heavy duty PRO 60 which is considerably beefier than the other 60 inch deck that usually came with this unit. As mentioned above, this machine was greased and maintained regularly for the years it gave me service. A dear friend of mine bought the mower new from a kubota dealership when they were going out of business in the earlier 2000′s for his large yard. 1 1/2 months later he was relocated, and didn’t need this large a mower anymore. He had commented many times in that time frame how he really liked the unit. Anyway, he asked me if I would be interested in it since I had an older Dixie Chopper that was beginning to act up with the gas motor. It was only two months old when he brought it over. I said yes, and have owned it ever since. There is around 2600 hours on the meter, but most of the parts that take wear have been replaced within the last 1000 hours. There was a brand new oem motor put in it within the last 750 hrs. Gasoline being put in by mistake with the original motor. There are no stress fractures on the unit at all. Thank you for looking!
