This mower is like new and is always cleaned and keep inside after each use. Mower needs nothing just had the second service done including sharpening blades. We have decided to let a yard service cut our yard in 2019 so no need in keeping this in the garage. This mower retails for 13k and the cheapest I can find one today price wise is 11,500. So, this is a good deal on a new condition mower. It does also include the suspension seat which does make the ride much smoother.
