2016 John Deere 915B 54 Commercial Zero Turn Mower with 25hp Kohler Engine. ONLY 11 total hours of use. Used to mow my. 75 acre residential property, it took me 1 hour to mow, so used 11 times. Washed with soap and water, undercarriage thoroughly hosed down after each use and then spray waxed and put away in a climate controlled garage. I had been planning on moving to a property with about 5 acres but that plan changed and I ended up moving to a home on. 41 acres, hence the reason for the sale. I changed the oil and filter and drained the fuel for a proper winterization and it has not been used yet this spring. The mower is in pristine condition, probably cleaner than a lot of new ones sitting on dealers lots in the rain and sun. I have two keys, manuals, an accessory JD rubber floor mat, and also has the accessory cast iron JD rear bumper that adds a lot of weight, it vastly improves traction. In addition, it has the JD rear tow hitch plate on it for towing around a yard cart. If you don’t already know, this mower is built like a brick sht house and was designed to handle the rigors of commercial use. This mower was only used by myself on my personal property, therefore there is basically no wear/tear on the unit.
