I’ve had this mower for several years, I bought it with a blown motor and rebuilt it. It has probably 80hr on the engine since I rebuilt it, the engine is a Kawasaki liquid cooled 22hp (I only cut my grass and my elderly neighbors). It runs currently but I wouldn’t trust it to use with the current oil leak, it sounds like the housing bearing is shot and killed the seal. This will be a repair where you will have to do motor work, as in taking the flywheel off to find the issue and repair. I no longer have time for this type of work, I have a bearing housing from when I rebuilt it just in case it hurt the housing. The deck is solid and ran great for the past years and there is no oil in the water. Ask me any questions and I will do my best to answer them, this will be a good deal.
