This is a chain driven sweepster broom. Both the drive spindle and sweeper head rotate but the chain is old and binds up (will need heavy lubrication or to be replaced). The model tag is rubbed off so im not sure of the model. Its a 4 foot wide broom. Because its chain driven I don’t think it was intended for a skid steer. More likely for a mid size garden tractor maybe from John Deere or like a Sears Suburban or old Gravely or Cub Cadet etc. The entire unit swivels and pivots like it should and will make a fine tool for someone who can give it a little lovin. The yellow cover over the broom is a little beat up and has been repaired over the years but its still rigid and does its job fine. Or pick it up yourself in Nederland Colorado.
