Mower features a 20 HP Kohler command that has been serviced and had the heads and valves cleaned and adjusted. Engine compression test held 155 psi on both sides and leak down test was 74/75 psi. Mower comes with a solid 61 deck and dual tail wheels. Drive tires are in like new condition. The seat is in good shape other than one side of the seam being nearly completely ripped off.
