This is a ONE OWNER UNIT that was used primarily in the fall to blow leaves. When we picked up mechanic stated that flail mower was used only once to mow a native area. He stated membership changed their mind and wanted area un-mowed. This unit has been serviced on a regular basis and mechanic seemed quite proud of unit. The flail mower has 60 in cut with rear roller and can mow from 0-4 in. These units are very maneuverable with rear power steering and out front mowing and blowing.
